All services are digital in nature and delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods.
2 Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have guardian consent.
- You must provide a valid Instagram / social media username or URL when placing an order.
- Your Instagram account must be set to Public at the time of placing the order and must remain public until delivery is complete.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3 Payments
All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments, a licensed Payment Aggregator in India. We accept:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallets
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is final.

4 Order Delivery
- Delivery begins within 0–24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery time varies by service type and quantity ordered.
- We do not guarantee a specific delivery completion time beyond our stated estimates.
- If your account is private, delivery will be paused. Make your account public to resume.
- Partial delivery may occur for large quantity orders.
5 User Obligations
By using our services, you agree that you will NOT:
- Provide false or incorrect Instagram usernames or profile URLs
- Change your Instagram username or make your account private during active delivery
- Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our platform
- Place chargebacks for services that were legitimately delivered

6 Service Guarantee & Drop Refill
- We provide a best-effort service. While we strive for 100% delivery, minor variations may occur.
- For eligible services, we offer a free refill if followers / likes drop within the guarantee period mentioned on the product page.
- Refills must be requested within the guarantee period by contacting our support team.
- Refills are not available if you changed your account settings, username, or made the account private after ordering.
7 Limitation of Liability
IGFasterLike.in shall not be liable for:
- Any account actions taken by Instagram or other platforms (e.g., removal of followers by the platform)
- Loss of business, revenue, or reputation arising from use of our services
- Delays caused by platform algorithm changes or outages beyond our control
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on IGFasterLike.in including logos, text, graphics, and code is the property of IGFasterLike.in. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9 Privacy
We collect minimal personal information (name, email, phone, Instagram username) solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments under their privacy policy.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
